Refund policy
At Bijoux Baby & Co. we strive to provide an exceptional shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn or unused condition
- Original tags still attached.
- Original packaging intact
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:

- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your item.
Note: Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow 8-15 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
If it has been more than fifteen business days since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at contact@bijouxbabyandco.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will collaborate with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have and place a new order for the item you want. Once your return is approved and processed, a refund will be issued, and you can proceed with the new purchase.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

European Union Customers: 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason. To be eligible for a refund, the item must still be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.
Return Shipping Costs
If your return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, you may be responsible for the shipping fees, depending on your location and the reason for the return.
